1. Digital Product Refund Policy

RowFirmware mainly provides digital products and downloadable content. Since digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final once access has been provided.

Refunds will usually not be provided after:

• File access has been granted
• Product has been downloaded
• Firmware or flash file has been delivered
• Service work has already started
• Download link has been shared or activated

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• User failed to read product description before purchase
